I help women and men look, feel and move better through fitness, nutrition and lifestyle. I work with people who want to make themselves feel better and are committed to their health. I offer Face to Face classes in the Community and Online Fitness Classes and healthy lifestyle advise and support online too.

My approach is all about lifestyle changes and not quick fixes, my clients want to make their lives better forever. They want to invest in their wellbeing and are committed to helping themselves.

Exercise alone will not help you reach your goals, eating better, dealing with stress, sleeping issues, gut health, building confidence and self-love, menopause and other external factors, are very much part of our package.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 24 years, always loved attending group exercise classes, even from the 1980’s when I attended my local aerobics and step aerobics classes. I have a real passion for helping people change their lives, reducing pain becoming more health conscious, which naturally leads to improved fitness and weight loss. Since 1999 I have run indoor fitness classes in the community, I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2006 and recently have started Virtual Fitness which is an Online Fitness Group. I currently run a total of 14 Community based and Online fitness classes each week. My classes have always been inclusive and cater for people of all shapes, sizes and ages. I love the concentration and focus of a Pilates class but then love the energy and total uplift that a Zumba/Aerobic class can give you. I am truly passionate about helping people reach their goals and seeing clients getting fitter, stronger, more mobile,  healthier, and happier. I absolutely love what I do.
